3. Kashmiri

4. South Indian

5. Goan Food

Punjab mostly produces wheat, rice, and dairy products. Hence Punjabi people use them more in their mines. Milk and curd are used a lot in their food. People here like ghee or butter very much. Therefore butter or ghee is poured over almost every meal. Some of the world-famous dishes: Rajma Rice and Chole Rice, Cornbread and mustard greens, Dal Tadka and Dal Makhni, Parathas and Naan, Butter Chicken and Kadai Chicken, etc.
